Wellbeing
Wellbeing is about feeling balanced, resilient, and connected in your life—emotionally, mentally, and physically. It’s not just the absence of stress or difficulty, but a sense of energy, agency, and fulfilment in your day-to-day life. Cultivating well-being often requires intentional practices that support your mind, body, and spirit.
Creative Wellbeing Groups
What I offer…
-
A creative self-care group for busy mums who often struggle to find a moment for themselves. This is your space to pause, recharge, and “fill your cup” through gentle art-making and connection with others in the same stage of life.
-
For breast or chest feeding parents at any stage of the journey—whether you are establishing feeding, navigating the ups and downs, or approaching weaning. Feeding can bring joy, exhaustion, ambivalence, and sometimes loneliness, especially in a society full of judgment, pressure, and conflicting advice. This group offers a space to share honestly, be heard, and receive emotional support from others who understand.
-
A space to explore an embodied experience of art-making through dance and movement. This group blends creativity with body awareness, helping you connect with yourself in fresh and freeing ways.
-
A group to co-create a safe place where members can explore and identify their needs. We do this together by building a symbolic “town,” with each person shaping a part of the environment—making space to reflect on what safety, care, and belonging mean for you.

No. Integrating creative practices into your life doesn’t require artistic expertise. The process itself is the medicine—exploring, experimenting, and expressing in ways that feel meaningful to you. Whether it’s through painting, movement, collage, or imaginative projects, creativity offers a unique and effective path to cultivating well-being.

A therapeutic wellbeing primarily focuses on the here and now and the emphasis is on shared creativity, support, connection and personal growth.
A psychotherapy group primarily explores, through the group process, how past experiences and significant relationships shape patterns of thoughts and behaviour and how they impact daily life.
