Experiential Workshops
An experiential workshop is a type of learning or therapeutic session where participants gain insight, skills, or self-awareness through direct experience rather than lecture-based teaching. The focus is on doing, feeling, and reflecting rather than just listening or observing.
My experiential workshops are designed for schools and organisations. Rather than being a lecture-style delivery, these workshops are interactive and creative. Staff are invited to reflect together, using art-making and other creative approaches to deepen understanding and bring the theory to life. This allows space not only to gain knowledge but also to connect with it on a personal and professional level.
These sessions can explore key topics such as:
The impact of trauma and developmental trauma
Understanding attachment and how it shapes relationships in school
Neurodiversity, and how differences in processing, attention, and communication can affect learning and behaviour
Other challenges influencing how teams connect, collaborate, and feel supported in their work
Each workshop is tailored to the needs of your school or organisation, and aims to equip staff with greater insight, empathy, and confidence in understanding the people they work with.

Reflection: After the activity, there’s space to process what happened — what participants noticed, felt, and learned.
